Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) and Adobe Flash Player 9 Problem
When you upgrade IE6 to IE7, you may experience IE crashing with Flash 9 plug-in problem.
1) Close Internet Explorer. Make sure you uninstall all previous version of Flash Player using uninstaller. (Upgrade Flash player without uninstall it first will not work.)
2) Download Flash Player from http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash or http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/ts/documents/tn_19166/Install_Flash_Player_9_ActiveX.zip or http://www.macromedia.com/go/full_flashplayer_win_ie.
